The tower will offer a range of luxurious living spaces, including two-bedroom studios known as Sapphire Collection and three-bedroom apartments labelled as Emerald Collection. Also, it will feature five exclusive penthouses situated on the upper floors. While the exact number of residential units has not been officially disclosed, the building’s substantial floor count suggests a significant number of residences.
